We are happy to look at any business with the potential to be taken "to the next level" as a potential acquisition and are able to consider investments in most sectors in line with the experience of our Operating Partners. (If we see a business with potential but don't have an immediately suitable candidate we have the contacts and resources to find the right person). The sectors where we have particular experience include Manufacturing, Processing, Assembly, Contracting and Distribution, but we will consider any sector for which we have an Operating Partner who can add value if the business offers the potential to be developed.

We are willing to consider opportunities of any size, from small private-vendor disposals to divestment strategies by multi-national corporates. Historically our typical transaction size (Enterprise Value) ranges have been from £1m to £50m with turnover ranges from £1m to £100m.

We are very happy to look at opportunities outside the UK especially in Europe and Scandinavia.

We are particularly interested in companies which would benefit from additional fresh talent or where one of our industry experienced Operating Partners could add real value: a business where our acquisition and input could make a real tangible difference to performance and breathe in new life.

Our approach has been successful in a number of Management Buy-In situations and is ideal for retirement sales transactions, corporate non-core disposal activities or where an injection of new executive management would create additional share-holder value.
